The Swan Valley is a diverse region that is a 25-minute drive from the center of Perth with award-winning wineries, breweries, distilleries, confectionery outlets, restaurants and cafes that make up the “Swan Valley Food & Wine Trail.
To start this great half day tour, you will be picked up from your hotel at approximately 8:30am; where you begin your journey to visit a range of the best venues the Swan Valley has to offer:
Stop for tastings at a chocolate factory, then munch the samples at Morish Nuts, which produces a variety of nuts flavored with caramel, wasabi, spices, abalone, and more. Sample the Italian-style soft nougat at the Mondo Nougat factory, and a variety of honey as well. You’ll also visit renowned vineyards in the Swan Valley for wine tastings, then peruse the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery to learn about aboriginal history and culture, and sample traditional bush food. Finally, learn about coffee production and sample some fresh brews.
The Explorer Bus returns us back to Perth at around 1.30pm having experienced some of the best activities that the region has to offer.

The Swan Valley half day food and wine tasting tour was so enjoyable and it was a whole new discovery and experience for us even though it was our second time to Perth. Although the tour covered many different venues for the tasting, Peter never rush us. He lets us have enough time to taste and buy coffee, nougats, honey, etc.
