Visit Penguin Island to see the Penguins being fed in the Discovery Centre, and a wildlife cruise. Enjoy lunch overlooking the bay followed by a visit to Caversham Wildlife Park for iconic Aussie Wildlife.
Ferry ride to Penguin Island to see the Penguins being fed in the Discovery Centre and explore the beautiful Island (From June to September, Penguin feeding takes place at Caversham Wildlife Park)*
Explore Shoalwater Reserve on a wildlife cruise. Look out for sea-lions lazing on the shores and playful dolphins in the water.* The birdlife around the islands is also magnificent.
Feed Kangaroos, stroke Koalas, meet a Wombat and enjoy a guided tour of the Wildlife Park. Don't miss the Farm Show, to see Sheep shearing, Cow milking, Lamb feeding, billy swinging and sheep mustering.
To finish off the day we have one more special treat, a visit to a Chocolate factory in the Swan Valley for complimentary chocolate tastings.

Penguin Island
This fun packed full day trip departs from Perth at 7am and the first stop is the Busselton Foreshore. Enjoy gorgeous views of the famous Busselton Jetty, the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere and the sparkling sands of Busselton Beach.
Lunch And A Wildlife Cruise
We board a boat for a 45-minute Wildlife spotting cruise from the jetty on the island, to explore the calm waters around the island and lookout for Australian Sea-Lions, Pelicans, Dolphins and great views of the Islands.*
We then board the ferry back to the main land for enjoy lunch at the wonderful Pengo’s cafe where you have the choice of a fine selection of hot and cold food with a drink.
Caversham Wildlife Park
After lunch you jump back in our Explorer bus and head toward the Swan Valley and Whiteman Park. Watch out for wild Kangaroos as we drive into the Conservation reserve. Located in Whiteman Park, Caversham Wildlife Park is Perth’s premier wildlife experience and a must-see on any visit to Perth.
In Caversham Wildlife Park you will be given a tour to see all of the amazing native Australian Wildlife. You can hand-feed the kangaroos, join in the interactive farm show, touch a possum or lizard, meet a wombat, and have photos taken with koalas!
Enjoy the Farm Show at Caversham Wildlife Park where you will see Sheep shearing, Whip cracking, Cow milking, Lamb feeding, Billy swinging and watch sheepdogs mustering the sheep
Chocolate Tastings
To finish off the day we have one more special treat, a visit to a Chocolate factory for delicious free tastings and a quick chance to purchase some chocolate, before the tour heads back to Perth.

Penguin island was lovely seeing the tiny penguins up close, (I saw them at the end of the pier in Melbourne) but this gives you the chance without the huge crowds and scared penguin.
Next stop the wildlife park - this was lovely to get up close to all the Aussie wildlife especially Kangaroos and the Koalas. Would definitely recommend if you want to see real Australian animals while your in Perth. Last stop is to the chocolate factory and winery, free chocolate and wine what more could you want to end your day?!
Definitely take a day out of your trip to go on this tour you won’t regret it

Both chief explorer are very nice and friendly especially Carola was took nice photo shoot of every single moment of the us during our trip. The views, the experience in the Penguin research centre on the island, the beaches, and especially the cruise to see the sea lions and the dolphins... There's no promise you will see dolphins, but they are indeed there and love to swim with the boats.
Caversham Wildlife park is very good - meeting the koalas, photo with wombats, feeding the kangaroos ... Again - your kids will love it, and so will you!
The sweet finish - chocolate factory, tastings and chocolate liquor... what can go wrong there?!
Logistics - pickup on time, comfortable bus, good guide, lunch - nothing special, as expected.

Duration was just nice, we spent one to two hours on each tourism spot, and with Peter's kind explanations on each place i understood much more about Perth and enjoyed more than expected!
